- Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please retain your receipt of purchase.

- After customer service confirms that the information is correct, they will provide the return address, packaging requirements, and precautions.
- Please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Return Product Confirmation
- Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return and exchange requirements, including being in unused condition, with intact packaging, and all accessories present.
5. Processing a Refund or Exchange
- Exchange: If the product is in stock, we will promptly arrange a replacement of the same model or value and will cover the reshipment costs (if the product is quality-related or damaged in transit).
- Refund: Once the product is confirmed to be eligible for return or exchange, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The processing time is generally 3–7 business days (the specific time of arrival will depend on the payment platform).
Return Notices
- Please ensure that the returned item is in its original packaging to avoid shipping damage.
- We recommend retaining the tracking number for tracking purposes to avoid shipping losses or disputes.

Refund Information

- Product Quality Issues or Shipping Damage: The refund will include the product price plus actual shipping costs, which Sitmotion will bear.

Special Circumstances
- Quality Issues: If the product is defective or does not match your order, Sitmotion will cover the return shipping costs. You may then choose to receive a refund or exchange.
- Damage in Shipping: If the product is damaged upon receipt, please take a photo and contact Customer Service immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, with shipping costs borne by Sitmotion.
- Out of Stock or Unavailable for Exchange: If the returned item is out of stock, we will issue a refund and contact you immediately to discuss the options.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, worn, or severely damaged in packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
