Order Processing

1. All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure delivery.

3. After shipment, users will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping is handled by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and SF Express International. The most appropriate method will be selected based on the region:

  • North America: DHL/FedEx/UPS, 14–25 business days
  • Europe: DHL/UPS, 14–25 business days
  • Asia (excluding Mainland China): EMS/DHL/SF Express International, 14–20 business days
  • Oceania: FedEx/DHL, 14–25 business days

2. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping address and order weight and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is not currently available.

3. Shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, flight changes, or holidays. Please allow ample time for delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions: Item must be unused and fully packaged (including jewelry, box, tag, and accessories).

2. Return and exchange period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

3. Process: Contact Customer Service → Submit your order information and reason for return or exchange → Return the item according to Customer Service's instructions → We confirm the item is eligible → Process a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds and Shipping:

  • Generally, return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • If the item has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, Sitmotion will cover the shipping costs, and the refund will include the item and shipping costs paid.

5. Exceptional Circumstances: If the item is out of stock or cannot be exchanged, a refund will be issued. Non-returnable items include items that have been used or have severely damaged packaging.

Return Notices

  • Keep the original packaging intact to avoid shipping damage.
  • It is recommended to retain the tracking number for tracking and to prevent loss in transit.
  • Customer Service reserves the right to deny a return or exchange request if the item shows signs of use or the packaging is damaged.
  • Customer Service will respond and assist within 24–48 hours.

Refund Instructions

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment account, and the processing time typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • If the item is quality-related or damaged during shipping, the refund will include the item and shipping costs. Credit card, bank transfer, or third-party payment methods may take slightly longer to arrive.

Special Circumstances

  • Quality Issues: If the product is defective or does not match the order, Sitmotion will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Damage in Shipping: If damage is discovered upon receipt, please take a photo and contact customer service to arrange a replacement or refund. Sitmotion will cover shipping costs.
  • Out of stock or unavailable for exchange: Request a refund and contact us to confirm the solution.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used or severely damaged in packaging will not be returned or exchanged.
